Daffodil Theater & Seedlings and Sowings

"Psst. Come here little brother. I've got somethin' to tell yous. Come heah - no really, come heah. Don't tell mom, but me and the guys heah are plannin' a party with a whole bunch of girls, some ragin' sunshine, and enough water to go around til we pass out! The plan is to wait til' mom and dad aren't looking and then, party on! Now, us guys are willing to let yous hang out with us, if yous can keep your mouth shut about the plans. Capesh?" (What's the first thing little bro does? Runs to momma.)

"Oooooh, you boys are in soooo much trouble! I know about your little plan. This is our bed and until you pay the bills, no parties! And you're grounded!" (In chorus) "Bummer, dude. Man, that stinks. Little bro! We're gonna get you!"

And.... scene. Great job today, daffs! You're all going to be stars! Get some rest and we'll see ya in the morning.

Remember the bulbs Matt brought home last week? These are them. He planted them around the Cherry Plum tree and they've been doing great.

We also have 6 pea sprouts already. Here's one.
Here's the tomatoes that I recently re-potted. They certainly like their new containers. We're using Pro Mix Organic Mix. Today I couldn't stand to see the leftover plants suffer anymore, so I used some old 2-liter bottles and made them nice deep containers to grow in. What can I say? I'm a softy after all. You can tell the size difference in them and the others. They'll probably take off now.

Here's the Peppers, Marigolds, and Catchflies.
And I sowed 3 Sage, 3 Mint, and 21 Thymes. I think I'm gonna make a new category on the side bar. It's going to be for plants on the watchlist, which would now include Cauliflower.
